VIA Outlets announces CEO stepping down

Amsterdam, 20 May 2026 — VIA Outlets, the leading owner‑operator of the world’s most sustainable* fashion outlet centres, today announces that Otto Ambagtsheer will step down as Chief Executive Officer, following a mutual agreement with the Board.

Otto has led VIA Outlets since 2019 and has played a key role in developing the company’s platform and portfolio. The Board wishes to thank Otto for his contribution and leadership over this period.

The management and strategic direction of the business remain unchanged. The Board and senior leadership team will ensure continuity, and VIA Outlets continues to focus on executing its growth and asset management strategy.
