Amsterdam, 20 October 2026 — VIA Outlets, the world's leading owner-operator of 13 premium, sustainable* fashion outlet centres., has successfully placed CHF 170 million of senior unsecured fixed-rate green bonds due 2031 (“the Bonds”). The issuance, VIA Outlets' first in the Swiss franc bond market, attracted strong demand from institutional investors. The Bonds carry a five-year maturity and a fixed annual coupon of 2.03%.

The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including potential acquisitions of outlet centres, expansions and redevelopment projects across VIA Outlets' portfolio of 13 premium outlet centres in ten European markets. The issuance diversifies VIA Outlets' funding base and further strengthens its liquidity following the acquisitions of Scalo Milano Outlet & More and The Outlet Stores Alicante in January 2026.

In the first half of 2026, VIA Outlets' brand sales increased by 19.7% year-on-year and footfall by 28.8%, supported by the newly acquired centres. Like-for-like brand sales grew by 3.4%, while like-for-like gross rental income rose by 7.3%. At the end of the first half, VIA Outlets held approximately EUR 285 million in cash, with access to a EUR 100 million unsecured revolving credit facility, and with no debt maturities before August 2028.

In line with VIA Outlets' Green Finance Framework, an amount equal to the net proceeds will be allocated to finance and/or refinance new or existing Eligible Green Projects. The framework is supported by a Second Party Opinion from Sustainable Fitch, which rated the Use of Proceeds and Annual Allocation and Impact Reporting as 'Excellent'.

Peter Stals, CFO at VIA Outlets, said: Our debut in the Swiss franc bond market is an important step in diversifying our funding sources. The strong investor demand reflects confidence in our performance track record and the success of our 3R strategy: remodelling, remerchandising and remarketing, delivered whilst maintaining a stable balance sheet. The capital raised gives us additional liquidity and flexibility to keep investing in the business."

Johan Bergenthal, COO at VIA Outlets, added: “For VIA Outlets, 2026 has been a year of robust growth. We entered Italy with the acquisition of Scalo Milano Outlet & More, strengthened our position in Spain with the investment in The Outlet Stores Alicante, and opened the expansion of Landquart Fashion Outlet in April. With Landquart as one of our flagship centres, tapping the Swiss capital market is a natural next step. This issuance supports both our organic and inorganic growth strategies, and our core ESG values remain at the heart of how we invest and create value."

The Bonds will be listed on SIX Swiss Exchange. BNP acted as Lead Manager for the transaction. The Bonds have been assigned a BBB+ credit rating by Fitch Ratings, in line with VIA Outlets' senior unsecured rating.
