VIA Outlets Retains GRESB European Retail Sector Lead In 2026

Amsterdam, 6 October 2026 – VIA Outlets, Europe’s owner and operator of 13 premium fashion outlets, has maintained its lead position in the ‘European Retail’ category from the latest 2026 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) results. Achieving a 5-Star rating for the seventh consecutive year through a high score of 97.0/100, VIA Outlets outpaced the Peer Group average of 79.7 and the GRESB average of 80.9. 

Across ten of the 14 assessment categories, including Risk Assessment, Stakeholder Engagement, and Building Certifications, VIA Outlets once again secured the full 100 points. Across the remaining performance categories, VIA Outlets scored well above the Peer Group average.
