Our centres are located in some of Europe’s top destinations, and tourism is an important part of the business – with a substantial part of our guests being international visitors.
Our dedicated tourism team promotes our key services: direct shopping shuttles from/to city centres, tourist information centres, on-site tax refund and currency exchange, multilingual staff, comfortable lounges, luggage storage and seasonal tourism campaigns with global appeal.
We partner with airlines, hotels and tourism boards to work collaboratively to entice shopping tourists with a focus on leisure and MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions) with key agencies in the Middle East, Asia, Latin America.
Furthermore, our centres are very much part of their respective regions, carefully integrating unique local elements to ensure an authentic experience that is a must on any visitor’s itinerary.
